    too bad JCVD wasn’t interested. I wonder if Dolph Lundgren got his part or if it went to Gary Daniels. Daniels plays a character called “the brit”.

    Van Damne wanted more back story because he’s trying to be an ac-tor– for his character, and Stallone wasn’t ready to commit beyond “it’s a story about old hands who know each other and go off on a mission” and a lot of action.

    Where Arnold has gone to flab, Stallone has an insane body building routine which keeps him 20 years younger than 62.

    The smartass well written dialogue, if they can keep that going for two hours, will carry this flick into history. I just hope the keep it up.

    They asked Van Damme to be in the movie but he turned it down. I think he’s busy training for a muay thai fight or something, thats what i heard anyway.
