The graphics are realistic, weapon damage and accuracys are realistic.. the only weapon that isnt in multiplayer is The barret .50cal, obviously in real life you can run around a battle field wielding a Barret 
but the rest of the game is pretty realistic.
man out of any country… i had to pick to live in Australia one of the only countries in the world that doesn’t have an R rating, which means buying the Australian version of this game has no dismemberment or gore… you shoot a zombie with a shotgun in the face… just some blood comes out… shoot em with a shotgun in the gut… just some blood… no limbs dropping off no holes, not even bloodstains…. not even worth buying the Australian version…
ill agree on you that it is one of the most “seemingly” realistic games but when it comes to the rules (regen full life in secs, able to handle fully equiped armies by yourself, etc) then it is not at all a “real” game :p
i barely know cod6 but ive seen ppl on cod6 having more trouble with dogs than trained soldiers lol.
btw u cant make a FPS “real”, unless the game creators use the excuse of a “special suit” or something such as hl, halo, crysis, etc
otherwise a normal guy would jus get killed pretty fast if hes outnumbered.
besides in cod6 u can really get ur ass kicked, hide for 5 secs and then voila! all ur wounds are healed…
real game = 1 chest shot and ull be dead/impared in minutes

No not really, Project Reality mod 4 the bf2 is more realistic, it contains having to wait to shoot the sniper , no jumping out of black hawks without being a pilot i think, getting wounded looks real and have to use dressing code that you get with every class etc , it is just more realistic and more just more teamwork.
Call of duty is the most realistic FPS out there… Cant get any better than it. Yeah, there we’re zombies in WAW but that was just shit and i’ll admitt that lol

hahaah cod isnt realistic. and neither is l4d but it could happen. the “zombies” are still people. the infection was a bad case of rabies (no joke) and caused humans to act zombie like, explaining why they run.
