i cried a lot in this story.

i knew hachi’s story even before the movie. a Japanese friend of mine told me about it. there was even a statue of the dog near the train station in Shibuya where he had always waited for his owner. *spoiler* He waited there until he died.

one of the best true stories i’ve ever known.. Hachiko is an amazing akita inu dog that had a very tight relationship with his owner. Everyday this dog waits outside the train station in shibuya japan to meet his owner. When his owner died, Hachiko still goes to the stations exit to wait for him. Its amazing how hachi is so faithful and hopeful that one day he is gonna see his owner again. I cried a river watching this film. I am a dog owner too.

Words are not enough to express how loyal and faithful this dog was. I wish humans would learn from this dog.

This is truly a miraculous story. Unbelievable how a dog would wait 10 years waiting for his friend; showing up everyday at 5:00pm precisely when the train was due at the station.

    I’m SPEECHLESS, as through astonishment!!!
