    Juggernaut is not noobish. It’s actually quite a horrible perk outside of shotty classes. For one, it only gives you 33% extra health, whereas stopping power and sonic boom add 40% damage. Also, After taking some damage, juggernaut pretty much disappears until you regen your health, which takes 5 seconds, where both stopping power and sonic boom can be used as often as you can fire/use explosives.
